Abstract

The investigation was conducted at Gochar Mahavidyalaya, Rampur Maniharan, Saharanpur (U.P.) to determine the effect of plant growth regulator in vitro culture plant under tissue culture lab and net house condition for three variety (Kufari Bahar Kufari Surya and Kufari Chipsona-3) and four combination of plant growth regulator with one control e.g., 0.1 ppm GA3, 0.01ppm NAA and 2.5 ppm Cytokinin; 0.2 ppm GA3, 0.02 ppm NAA and 5.0ppm Cytokinin; 0.3 ppm  GA3, 0.03ppm NAA and 7.5 ppm Cytokinin; 0.4 ppm GA3, 0.04 ppm NAA and 10 ppm Cytokinin and 0.0 ppm GA3, 0.0 ppm NAA and 0.0 ppm Cytokinin (control). The recommended package and practices were followed in all cultivars under laboratory and net house for successful rising of crops. Plant height, stem number, number of nods and length of internodes increased with increasing 0.3 ppm GA3, 0.03 ppm NAA and 7.5 ppm Cytokinin under tissue culture lab controlled condition in all over the cultivars under investigation.
